Let's see if stream chat can prevent me from getting 25 kills
1. New Subscriptions allow 1 loadout item change
2. Joining as a "community" (or super chat of LESS than $5) allows 3 changes
3. Joining as "supporter" (or super chat of MORE than $5) grants one GAMEPLAY restriction
4. Joining as "pathfinder" (or super chat of MORE than $10) grants a whole loadout change and 3 GAMEPLAY restrictions
