This is Anos Voldigoads Possibly only thing he eats. Today we make the Chad's favorite dish!

Ingredients:

3-4 Sliced Cremini Mushrooms
2oz/50g leeks
4oz/125ml Heavy Cream
2oz/75ml sake
2oz/50g Parmesean
1T/3g Chopped parsley (preference)
3ea - Sliced Garlic cloves
1ea - Sliced Shallot
1/2t /2g - Thyme

Salt+Pepper to taste

Optional: Panko crust
